JOB TITLE: Sr. BI Analysts

JOB DUTIES: Participate in implementing Business Intelligence solutions using the Hyperion suite of products for multiple clients across various industries. Take the lead in implementations across clients including managing and monitoring day to day tasks and updating project status. Participate in the complete SDLC of Hyperion implementations such as requirements gathering, cube development, automation and maintenance. Work on migration exercises from System 9 to System 11 environment. Responsible for migrating metadata along with data, Planning forms, Essbase objects, and Security. Re-engineer initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization and efficient management. Document CSP G+ standard documents through entire project life cycle. Provide SME support to entire Hyperion and Clarity Platform. Conduct Functional Business Analysis to assist business users with analytical queries. Implement IFRS standards for existing Clarity Planning and Forecasting System and modify existing Clarity Relational and OLAP templates. Build alternate reporting cubes in Essbase based on alternate rollups of dimensional hierarchies to facilitate Budget reporting from IFRS hierarchies. Responsible for custom changes with Template Builder and write SQL, template specific code as needed. Develop inputs as needed for Clarity Relational and OLAP templates and other Essbase related activities. Conduct Data Modeling solution for Budget Allocation process using Clarity CPM for internal business groups. Modify and write new Maxl, batch commands and custom calc scripts as needed. Participate in day-to-day Production support activities related to Clarity templates and other batch related issues. Design automated batch to make changes at the backend to the template. Work with OLAP Technology, Oracle Essbase 11.x/9.x, Hyperion Essbase /7.x/6.5.4, Business Intelligence Tools like OBIEE, EPMA, and reporting tools like Financial Reporting, Web Analysis, Hyperion Reports 7.0/2.0, Hyperion Planning 3.5, Hyperion Application Link and Clarity 6, MS SQL 2K, SQL, Batch Scripting, Oracle Data Warehouse, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENT: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 1 year of experience. We will also consider candidates with any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable.

HOURS: 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

JOB LOCATION: Atlanta, GA, but may be relocated to unanticipated cities across the country per contract demand.
